Professor Marina Freire Gormaly was a member of the university's delegation to the UN 2023 Water Conference in New York City. The delegation led a panel discussion titled "Water Security, Disasters, and Resilience in a Changing Climate: Challenges, Opportunities, and Solutions," focusing on water security and climate change.
